ARI (Booth 4861) now offers its FootSteps and PartStream products in multiple editions at different price points. The company is also marketing two new products: a mobile version of PartStream, and AccessoryStream for seamlessly uploading catalog information to websites.

PartStream allows customers to look up and order parts online using a quick-search tool, illustrations and parts listings. ARI now sells two editions: Professional and Essentials. The latter costs $99 per month and is intended for dealerships that are either new to e-commerce or have a limited volume of parts page views. “PartStream is fully scalable,” explains Cheryl Pabich, ARI’s director of marketing. “As their online business grows and part views increase, dealers can upgrade to the more feature-rich PartStream Professional.” ARI is launching at Dealer Expo a free, 30-day trial of PartStream Essentials (

Both PartStream editions seamlessly integrate with any existing website and shopping cart, whether or not ARI is the provider. Part numbers, descriptions and brands are automatically indexed for search engine optimization. PartStream Mobile, available to dealers for $99 per month, is the new version for handheld devices.

FootSteps, ARI’s lead management solution, now comes in three versions, and has been integrated with several website providers. Dealers can try FootSteps Essentials free for 30 days at FootSteps responds to inquiries with an immediate, personalized e-mail while simultaneously automating the lead distribution process — getting every lead into the hands of an available and qualified salesperson. FootSteps Professional has more features. “It is primarily designed to support the more expansive needs of dealers with multiple locations and users,” Pabich says. “FootSteps Professional can also secure user access by role.”

FootSteps Essentials usually costs $65 per month, but dealers here at Indy can get it for $35 per month.

ARI also is promoting a version of FootSteps for manufacturers: FootSteps Channel Connect, which captures OEM leads and distributes them to the appropriate dealer in real time.

AccessoryStream provides seamless e-commerce catalog integration into any website and cart. The application enables a website owner to add detailed accessories merchandising to any website from catalogs for Tucker Rocky, Parts Unlimited, Western Power Sports and all the major OEMs. AccessoryStream provides an advanced merchandising interface with user-friendly shopping features such as product browsing filters, product quick views, and shopping by model fitment. AccessoryStream is fully customizable to match the look and feel of a dealership’s website or branding.
