CycleTrader.com is previewing two revamped digital marketing tools at Booth 4731B.
The company has updated the user interface of its mobile website. The search funnel is similar, but the new mobile version is faster and provides extra flexibility to refine searches. CycleTrader also improved the dealer search function and the custom dealer gallery pages, which can be bookmarked and redistributed.
CycleTrader updated its Inventory Management Tool to make maintaining dealership inventory easier. Additional search and sort capabilities help owners and managers find units to change quickly.
Other plans for later this year include implementation of a keyword search with AutoSuggest technology. Website visitors will be able to type a few letters, words or model numbers to generate a pre-populated list of available motorcycles. Dealerships that list inventory on CycleTrader.com through advertising packages should expect an increase in phone and e-mail leads, the company says.
“With more and more of our visitors utilizing our mobile site-to-search for powersports units, we are excited to be introducing our new tablet-optimized site in the first quarter of 2012,” says Paige Bouma, CycleTrader.com’s sales development manager. “Mobile technology has played a large part in increasing the interactions between dealers and visitors, which ultimately increases the leads our dealers receive. We know the introduction of the tablet will have the same effect. The entire CycleTrader team is really looking forward to the launch of our mobile Inventory Management Tool for iOS and Android this spring, allowing dealers to maintain their inventory on the go.”
