We are very active on sites such as Facebook, MySpace, Biker or Not, and Twitter. Tons of people are using these free social networking sites to communicate so we use them to advertise events, share photos, broadcast the latest news, showcase new parts and apparel, or just tell people what we’re up to here at Strokers.
I want to give a guy a reason to do business with Rick Fairless. If they know I am a good, hard working guy, they may want to do business with me rather than someone they don’t know. I tell all my employees that once we get a customer in to visit our store, or on the phone for a sales call, it’s our job to turn that visitor into a return customer.
