Iron Valley Harley-Davidson near the Lancaster-Lebanon County line in Pennsylvania is planning a grand reopening bash for May 29 to celebrate its just-finished expansion.
Bucking the trend, the dealership doubled in size and owners Joe and Donna White say sales are strong.
They attribute customer loyalty, but it can’t hurt that they keep introducing things to make customers happy. May 16 the dealer will start hosting a hot dog vendor on Sundays.
A Harley plant in the nearby Susquehanna Valley also keeps the brand top-of-mind for customers, and the dealership anchors the Blue Mountain HOG chapter and hosts frequent dinner rides.
The dealership opened in 2003, but in taking over a former antique store, was able to expand. The shop offers new and used machines on the first floor and PG&A upstairs.
They’re planning a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. May 27, and the grand reopening from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 29. Posted by Holly Wagner
