J&P Cycles of Animosa, Iowa, has been recognized as a “Social Superstar” by RightNow Technologies during the customer relationship management company’s annual summit in Colorado Springs.
The Social Superstar Award, in its second year, is bestowed on a RightNow client for improving the customer experience through social media.
J&P Cycles was chosen based on its commitment to servicing and communicating with customers and motorcycle enthusiasts through online channels such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. In 2009, J&P Cycles made an effort to develop a “social strategy” via those channels.
“Through Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, J&P Cycles has created a one-of-a-kind motorcycling community, where stories can be shared and problems solved,” the companies say.
