INDIALANTIC, Fla. - Recruiters at Lonski and Associates announce an opening for a dealership sales manager. The store is based in the Upper Midwest.

The sales manager is responsible for managing sales profitability, demonstrating excellence in customer service, and demonstrating a thorough knowledge of products sold by the dealership. Among the duties, the sales manager hires staff, ensures associates have proper training, works with manufacturer reps for additional staff training, and manages the sales staff to ensure coverage.

The sales manager also will be responsible for creating and managing a sales system to track floor traffic, selling status, non-sales follow-up, closing rates and post-sale follow-up, among many other duties.
