INDIALANTIC, Fla. - Recruiters at Lonski and Associates seek a chief financial officer for a Harley-Davidson dealership group in the south.

The CFO will take a leadership role in the group's financials and business strategy, including potential acquisitions. The CFO will train and supervise staff, work with general managers to ensure financial goals are met, manage accounts receivable and payable as well as information technology, and analyze budgets, reports and trends.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (MBA preferred), a CPA license or relevant experience, and prior experience as a CFO or controller. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Automotive and/or motorcycle dealership experience,
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds,
  • Demonstrated process and excellent analytical skills, and
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working across all dealership levels.
