INDIALANTIC, Fla. - Recruiters at Lonski and Associates are looking for candidates with strong dealer operations and DMS backgrounds for a Director of Dealer Services opening, based in the Northeast.

"Our client... is looking for a Director of Dealer Services (DDS) to be part of a ‘revolutionary’ technology solution for powersports dealerships," said Adam Wilke, recruiter.

Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $125,000, plus incentives and benefits, Wilke noted.

The position leads a team responsible for creating, implementing and managing a technology solution for powersports, marine and recreational dealerships, Wilke said. "The DDS will recruit, hire and train a team of highly skilled dealer success managers and marketing relationship representatives who will work to build a strong partnership with new and existing customers," he continued.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of dealership operations, and DMS and CRM functions. Candidates must have a B.A. or equivalent degree, "MBA a plus," Wilke said. They also should have five years of experience in an account management role for a DMS/CRM product plus experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) technologies.
