INDIALANTIC, Fla. - Recruiters at Lonski and Associates announce an opening for a store manager in the Midwest. 

The position is responsible for overseeing and managing dealership operations, customer service, sales processes, F&I and more. The store manager will train staff on sales processes, teach and implement F&I, monitor and control budgets, and ensure maximum sales and profitability by creating an environment that is merchandise-driven and customer focused, according to Jay Wadzinski, recruiter for Lonski and Associates.

Ideal candidates must possess proven leadership skills, superior customer service and employee development skills, and a passion for growing a business. Candidates must have a B.A. or equivalent degree and three to five years of experience in a motorsports dealership or related organization, he noted. Candidates also have a history of leading and managing a profit center, and they should have a working knowledge of the activities, methods, procedures and policies of a service department.

The position offers competitive pay based on experience, Wadzinski said, plus medical and dental coverage and paid vacation benefits.
