INDIALANTIC, Fla. - Lonski and Associates, a national powersports recruting firm, announces an opening for Director of Sales and Dealer Development for a "fast growing" U.S. company.
The position is responsible for development, implementation and management of sales, dealer development, product marketing strategies and activities that support the company's growth plans for North America. Key responsibilities include:
- Taking a leadership role in understanding sales trends and customer/prospect needs;
- Developing sales strategies, initiatives and messaging;
- Managing the company's relationship with media agencies to ensure a consistent sales image and brand;
- Developing and managing the sales budget.
The company seeks candidates with powersports DNA, Lonski reported -- meaning, personal and/or professional experience within the industry. They must be prepared to demonstrate experience in consumer product sales and marketing in a high-growth environment. In addition, the employer seeks candidates with senior management and/or team experience building well-known powersports lifestyle companies. The ability to lead a small sales and marketing team and then scale it to 10 to 15 members over a short period of time will be key, according to Lonski.
Compensation is "significant" based on delivery of results, Lonski said.
