INDIALANTIC, Fla. - Recruiters at Lonski and Associates seek a product manager for a motorcycle OEM. The location was not disclosed.

The position oversees marketing, communications and product development, among other responsibilities, and will include onsite meetings with customers.

The product manager will author product requirements and business and marketing plans, develop and test product concepts and ideas, develop a product strategy, oversee financial objectives and launch products. The product manager will also identify target markets and analyze strategies and tactics, recruiters said.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business and marketing, preferably a master's in business administration; a track record of defining, managing and launching vehicles; product or brand management experience as well as understnading the powersports or automotive industry; communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and leadership skills.
