INDIALANTIC, Fla. - Recruiters at Lonski and Associates seek a marketing director in the powersports industry in the United States.

The marketing director will be a member of the management team, and set the company's strategy and direction, including separation from other competitors.

The marketing director will analyze data and trends in determining brand strategy, pricing and position; create marketing and management philosophy; develop new products and concepts, and develop communications and materials, including catalogs and advertising.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in marketing, communications, business or a similar field, with an advanced degree preferred. The marketing director should also have 7 to 10 years of agency or corporate marketing and customer management experience and a riding background, including a valid motorcycle endorsement, riding experience and a clean driving record.

Compensation includes a competitive balance package, including medical, vision and dental insurance (100 percent), bonus program and 401K matching program. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
