INDIALANTIC, Fla. - Lonski and Associates, a national powersports recruiting firm, announces that an industry advertising agency seeks a marketing program coordinator to handle local and national programs for Harley-Davidson dealerships.

"Our client, a growing ad agency, is looking for an outstanding marketing professional with a strong background in the motorcycle industry," said recruiter Adam J. Wilke. "The right individual will be involved with creating marketing programs for both local and national Harley-Davidson dealers."

According to Wilke, condidates must demonstrate a core understanding of marketing and advertising communications channels, and exhibit a "strong desire" to collaborate on strategic projects focused on strengthening dealer and brand marketing performance. Ideal candidates should have at least two to five years of hands-on experience with "a well-performing Harley-Davidson dealership" and a desire to advance their career to a more national level, Wilke noted.

A competitive salary, incentive and benefits, and relocation support are available for the selected candidate, Wilke added.
