INDIALANTIC, Fla. - Recruiters at Lonski and Associates seek a full-time Marketing Program Manager to lead a company's creative efforts as it launches a new software program to support retail outlet marketing and management.

The position is based in California, according to recruiter Jan Plessner.

Candidates must be familiar with:

  • Developing and executing strategies for reaching targeted groups of current customers and reaching prospects through multiple touchpoints;
  • Lead generation via high-impact campaigns; and
  • Metric monitoring and measurement.

They must be accustomed to planning and executing complex projects under tight deadlines, Plessner noted. Candidates also must demonstrate "rock star" capabilities in presentation development, sales and promo campaign development; strategic planning; design of advertising concepts; copywriting; budgets; time management and more, she said.

The hiring company requires candidates with four-year degrees in marketing, communications or advertising; three to five years' experience in marketing communications with an emphasis on advertising and/or promotions for an in-house team or agency; and strong MS Office skills.
