INDIALANTIC, Fla. - Recruiters at Lonski and Associates announce an opening for a service advisor for a dealership in the Sacramento, Calif., area.

The service advisor must be a versatile team player willing to adapt and adjust to get the job done; must be willing to "better themselves and better the business"; be goal-oriented; understand how the service department affects the overall success of the business; deliver outstanding customer service and high profitability at the same time; and ensure the department runs smoothly, Plessner said.

Candidates should have at least two to three years of experience in powersports or a related industry, be familiar with software applications ranging from PC-based tuning modules to Internet-based warranty systems, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Motorcycle endorsement and good driving record are required, Plessner said.
