INDIALANTIC, Fla. - Recruiters at Lonski and Associates announce an opening for a National Service and Warranty Director who will develop and manage nationwide service and warranty service center networks.

The location was not disclosed; however, the position offers a $100,000 salary plus incentives, according to recruiter Paul Dunning.

The National Service and Warranty Director sets up and manages the service center network, sells the vision of the company to prospective service centers and is charged with expanding the corporate network to support new retail dealers.

He or she must understand the powersports service model, cultivate the dealer/service center relationship, be the main point of contact between retail dealers and service centers, set standard labor rates for warranty work, and handle escalations and complaints.

Finally, the Director is expected to meet/exceed financial targets for refurbishing operations, develop and improve processes to maximize cost recovery efforts for returned products, develop sales programs for parts and accessories, work with the operations management team, and interact with the call center manager to identify trends and solutions.

Candidates must possess seven to 15 years of P&L responsibility in a powersports service/dealer capacity, or equivalent experience. They also must have strong sales backgrounds, be proficient in MS Office Suite and be able to summarize and present KPI data.
