STURGIS, S.D. - The Sturgis Buffalo Chip has announced that rocker and philanthropist Kid Rock will join its lineup of 2013 concert artists, which also includes Toby Keith, ZZ Top, Brantley Gilbert, Queensrÿche and Sublime with Rome.
The announcement comes on the heels of Harley-Davidson’s agreement to sponsor The Kid’s 2013 tour. He will also appear at the Motor Co.’s 110th anniversary bash over Labor Day weekend.
Kid Rock will take the Buffalo Chip’s stage on Aug. 5, following the Black Hills Classic’s premier charity event, the Legends Ride. Visit BuffaloChip.com/BANDS for festival information, concert, camping and rally passes.
Campground admission passes for Aug. 5 can be purchased individually or as part of the Legends Ride package. The charitable contribution made to join the Legends Ride includes free admission to Kid Rock and other concert performances that immediately follow the Legends Ride and reception. The 32nd annual Sturgis Buffalo Chip motorcycle and music festival takes place Aug. 2-11 during the annual Sturgis motorcycle rally.
