Lehman Trikes Chairman Les Brown Resigns

Lehman Trikes announces that C.L. (Les) Brown has retired from his position as chairman of the board of directors.

Brown, who has served as a member of the Spearfish, S.D.-based company's board of directors since 2002 and became chairman in 2006, stated he is stepping down as chairman for personal reasons. He will continue to serve as a board member.

“Les has done a phenomenal job as chairman. His expertise and insight have helped our company move through many important changes in the past five years. We look forward to Les’s continued participation on the board of directors,” said John Lehman, founder of Lehman Trikes.

Brown said that during his tenure as chairman, he has "witnessed extraordinary growth within the company and am very grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of it."

Marc S. Rose has been named as Brown's successor, effective immediately.
