Motorcycle Industry Consulting Services, the firm run by industry veteran Ed Lemco and his daughter, Laura, will host its 2010 Sales Management Update for Dealer Principals Thursday, Feb. 25, at the Renaissance Concourse Hotel within the Atlanta Airport.
According to a press release announcing the conference, Lemco’s basic premise of making it easy for customers to buy, one step at a time, has not changed. The process for accomplishing it has changed in reaction to:
- the challenges in today’s market place
- increased information sources for potential customers
- current buying habits of consumers
“There are no easy answers, only tough solutions, and even those will not happen without creative oversight,” says the release. “The one-day agenda will stress what needs to be in place and how to monitor and enforce the needed protocols.”
The conference is limited to dealer principals, who may choose to bring their managers. The fee for first attendee is $390. Additional people from the same dealership can attend for $320 each.
