SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - ADP Lightspeed will offer websites for powersports and marine dealers under its new Lightspeed Websites platform.

Lightspeed Websites works seamlessly with other Lightspeed products such as LightspeedEVO, NXT, CEM, and Lightspeed Loyalty Rewards. The platform lets dealers post inventory to their websites in real time from their Lightspeed Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Dealers reportedly have complete access to a secure back-end portal to manage the website, view site analytics, select featured inventory and set special web pricing. Lightspeed Websites also has features to let customers schedule service and test drives online and receive online quotes for new or used units listed on the site.

Said Greg Smith, general manager of ADP Lightspeed, “This is a product we have been working on for quite some time and have gone through extensive market research to build a robust web product at an attractive price.

"This is a huge win for our dealer clients in ensuring their online presence attracts customer to their physical locations,” he added.

The back-end reporting tool inside Lightspeed Websites is the same portal used for Lightspeed Loyalty Rewards. Dealers already using the rewards program will be able to access the website information from the same sign-on. Other reporting tools are in place as well, allowing dealers to monitor page visits, traffic sources, new and returning visitors, and inventory.

With nearly 100 unique website configurations, dealers can personalize their website to make it user friendly for their customers, ADP noted. Websites can include an online showroom where customers can view specs for each unit, display units in a side-by-side comparison and print brochures with detailed unit information.

Customers can also interact with the dealer through social media by clicking on the Facebook and Twitter icons listed at the top of each webpage.
