To this end, the company is holding a free webinar series that will share tips and tricks on how to set up and use three of the most effective tools in LightspeedNXT. Each presentation will be 15 minutes with a short questions session afterward.
Jan. 11: Integrated E-mail. Only 26 percent of LightspeedNXT dealers have this tool set up. See how e-mail can save you money, improve customer satisfaction and help you turn parts quicker. This training will show you how you can let your customers know when their part is in or what is happening with their repair. Feb. 8: Parts & Major Unit Locator. See how the Locator can help you decrease lost sales in your parts department along with new and used unit sales. Hear tips on what other dealers are doing to maximize the Locator’s power. You can use the tool both to increase sales and decrease obsolete inventory. This training will show you how you can post your inventory to the Locator for other dealers to search and sell.
