CERRITOS, Calif. - Jorge Lorenzo, 2012 MotoGP World Champion, will compete in 2013 wearing the RPHA 10 helmet from HJC. And a Lorenzo replica helmet reportedly will be available to dealers in the spring.
"We are very proud to sign Jorge Lorenzo for the 2013 season, as well as our other top riders," said George Hong, president of HJC America.
Joining Lorenzo on the MotoGP grid this year is Ben Spies, who helped develop several HJC helmets, including the RPHA 10, throughout his longstanding relationship with the company.
In the United States, motocrosser Kyle Chisholm continues his relationship with HJC, wearing the HJC RPHA X that he helped develop. Freestyle legend Nate Adams will also wear the HJC RPHA X in FX events in 2013, the company announced.
HJC will be exhibiting at the 2013 Dealer Expo, Feb. 15-17 in Indianapolis.
