Thunderbird Harley-Davidson in Albuquerque, N.M., is getting ready for a major remodel, a project that will start this month and should be finished next March.
The parking lot will be expanded to nearly double its size to allow for bigger events and more customer parking. Next, the service department will be revamped with new bays and lighting.
The final phase will build a new showroom entrance, modify the bathrooms, add a café area, and create a new meeting room for the training facility. The main building reportedly will be completely transformed, including a new aesthetic with updated lighting and graphics.
“We are so excited to see this project get started and can’t wait for the finished result,” says Thunderbird GM Glo Cuiffi. “These changes will benefit our customers, making it easier to visit, get service work done and shop, plus it will be a fresh new look and environment for everyone to enjoy.”
Thunderbird Harley-Davidson is at 5000 Alameda Boulevard in Albuquerque and can be reached at 505- 856-1600.
