Man pleads guilty in motorcycle, ATV theft from dealer's warehouse

A man accused of stealing seven motorcycles and ATVs from a warehouse belonging to Hatfield-McCoy Powersports has pleaded guilty to lesser charges. Some of the vehicles have been recovered.

Ronald “Ronnie” Pope, 40, of Williamson, Ky., was arrested Dec. 19 and charged with multiple counts of grand larceny, breaking and entering and conspiracy, but pleaded guilty to a lesser felony charge of breaking and entering as a part of a plea bargain, according to the Williamson Daily News.

Four of the seven vehicles have been recovered. As part of the plea agreement, Pope had to reveal the locations of the outstanding motorcycle and two ATVs.
