May events kick off riding season at Barb's H-D

MT. EPHRAIM, N.J. - Barb’s Harley-Davidson has several events planned for the next month to kick off riding season, starting with the annual Spring Fling open house May 10.

The event includes a custom bike show offering first, second, and third place for Sportster, Big Twin, Touring, V-Rod, Antique, Import, and Trikes. Categories include Best in Show and Bella’s Choice (Miss Wing Bowl 2014).

Football fans won’t want to miss the opportunity to meet Philadelphia Eagles legend Hollis Thomas. He will be handing out pictures and autographs between 10:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. There will also be pictures and autographs with Bella, Miss Wing Bowl 2014, a WXTU ticket run, and custom bike painting by Letterfly will be available May 8 to 10. The Burlington County Military Affairs Committee also will be in attendance.

May 18, Barb’s will sponsor the 8th annual Armed Forces Freedom Ride. All bike models are welcome for the ride through New Jersey to support the troops. The ride starts at the store in Collingswood, passes the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst airfield, and finishes off with a barbecue and music.
