EL DORADO HILLS, Calif. - Dealers who offer insurance provider McGraw Powersports Group’s Western Service Extended contracts will be able to complete those contracts for new and used units directly from the ZiiOS DMS platform under a new partnership agreement.
The deal is designed to make it easier to offer and sell Western Service Contract (WSC) agreements. Dealership staff will no longer need to manually check for warranty coverage and cost or write the document; instead, data appears immediately within ZiiOS and can be used for future reporting of sold agreements or future agreement offerings.
“The dealers in our network will benefit in countless ways, but the primary benefits with ZiiOS DMS are fully-integrated contract creation and generation, affordable dealer operations, and data-driven decision making. Dealers get McGraw’s lowest-cost service contracts and the most cutting-edge DMS system from ZiiOS,” said Troy Billen, assistant vice president of sales for McGraw Powersports.
Dealerships that offer Western Service Contracts can provide additional protection for customers beyond the manufacturer's warranty, allowing motorcycle and personal watercraft dealers to establish long-term relationships beyond the initial sale.
“ZiiOS is thrilled to provide this seamless and profitable integration to all dealership sales/F&I departments,” said Tifani Daves, director of sales for Dominion Powersports Solutions. “Right from a ZiiOS sales deal, you can easily quote WSC products available for the specific year/make/model selected and automatically include those items in vendor financing and payments. The WSC agreement is ready to print with all your other sale documents.”
Current customers of McGraw Powersports may contact their sales representative. Interested dealers can contact McGraw Powersports inside sales representative Dana Yorba at (800) 303-5000, ext. 4980 or email email@example.com.
