Members of the Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) are preparing to vote for three new directors to serve on the organization's board of directors representing aftermarket/allied trades members.
Nominations for the 2009 Board of Directors election process closed
Sept. 24. Members with "voting status" who paid their 2008 dues in full
by Sept. 2, 2008 were eligible to submit nominations and are eligible to
vote in the election. The election will be held by mail ballot.
The elected directors each serve a staggered, two-year term. Director
positions held by Don Emde, Frank Esposito and Sarah Schilke are open for
election this year. The term for directors Eric Anderson, Mark Blackwell,
and Larry Little expires in 2010.
