Milwaukee Harley-Davidson has devised a new program to make the buying experience an adventure for buyers who want to buy their bikes near the source.
The program, dubbed “Fly & Buy,” will fly buyers into Milwaukee to take ownership of their new motorcycles.
"Harley owners are the most passionate riders around," says Milwaukee Harley-Davidson owner Chaz Hastings. "I felt compelled to create a special experience for riders to take delivery of their Harley where the legend was born. This is something every Harley rider should experience once in their lifetime."
Hastings says the dealership’s loyalty efforts led to a 17% increase in new bike sales this past quarter.
The company is casting its net nationwide to give new bike buyers a one-of-a-kind experience in a package valued at $1,000. The package does not add to the cost of the bike. The entire Fly & Buy adventure includes:
The dealership also offers a "Wild Hogs" option for groups of four or more buyers. Those groups also receive a discount on the price of the motorcycles.
The recently introduced program has already attracted buyers from Texas, Georgia and Alaska, the dealership says.
Hastings brought events like the Adult Pinewood Derby, Ultimate Fantasy Bike Wash, Midwest's Largest Chili Cookoff, and a newly launched Roadhouse game room to grow the dealership.
"I want to bring back the camaraderie and authenticity that the Harley-Davidson lifestyle stands for," he says.
