ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Missouri Attorney General’s office is investigating multiple complaints about Midwest Public Auction, Extreme Live Auction and their successor companies, and wants to hear from dealers who believe they were scammed.

“The Attorney General’s Office has received complaints and is investigating further in the case of Midwest Public Auction and Extreme Live Auction,” a spokesman for the office said.

The office has not received complaints about Equipment Plus and Recreational Complete to date, he said.

Dealers or consumers who have had problems with the auction firms are urged to file complaints with the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Unit at 800-392-8222 or online at https://www.consumer.ago.mo.gov
