ANAMOSA, Iowa - The team at J&P Cycles is preparing to welcome up to 25,000 enthusiasts June 23-24 at the 33rd Annual Open House in Anamosa, Iowa.

The two-day rally will feature more than 100 industry vendors -- such as National Cycle, Mustang Seats, Performance Machine, Drag Specialties and several tire companies -- and up to 20 semi-trailer truck exhibits, according to sources at J&P.

Events include Geoff Aaron's Red Bull Extreme Stunt Show, 1-Wheel Revolution's Harley stunt show, and ride-in bike shows for all makes and models sponsored by American Iron, Motorcycle Bagger and RoadBike magazines.

J&P uses the event, which started out as a regular customer appreciation day and then morphed into a two-day rally, to clear out some inventory, with most products in the showroom at least 10 percent off (15 percent for J&P's Gold Club members). In addition, an outside tent will house clearance items marked at up to 50 percent off regular price.

Attendees can sign up to win more than $7,000 in door prizes, and they can make donations to the nearby National Motorcycle Museum for a chance to win a 2012 Indian Chief. There will also be a silent auction to benefit the National Motorcycle Museum. Allstate Insurance Co. is providing food for the event.
