After 12 years in business, Motorcycle-Superstore.com has earned the prestigious BizRate Circle of Excellence Award for 2011 for outstanding overall customer satisfaction.
Out of more than 5,000 online retailers that participate in the BizRate Insights program, Motorcycle-Superstore.com one of only 84 participating retailers who earned the “Circle of Excellence” distinction this year.
“Earning the Circle of Excellence Award was really a group effort. From our IT department creating the website, to our merchandising and marketing teams loading and promoting items, to our frontline teams in our warehouse and customer service who impact the customer directly,” says Lisa Herrin, Motorcycle-Superstore.com's customer service manager. “In everything we do around here, the customer experience is at the forefront of every decision.”
The BizRate Circle of Excellence is awarded to online retailers based on how they rank in overall customer satisfaction. BizRate calculates this metric by combining customer ratings of overall satisfaction, product selection and ease of finding products immediately after purchase, along with likelihood to buy again, expectations met, on-time delivery and satisfaction with customer support after receipt of the order. To win the distinction, Motorcycle-Superstore.com ranked in the top 1.7 percent in overall customer satisfaction among all BizRate online retailers.
