Motorsport Aftermarket Group (MAG), the owner of a family of brands and businesses in the motorsport industry, has promoted Thomas Breed to the newly created position of managing director of international sales for MAG. Robert Brinkmark will serve as the new managing director of MAG Europe.

Both promotions, the company says, align with its interest in expanding its focus in foreign markets, including Asia, Australia and South America, in addition to Europe. Breed and Brinkmark will both report to MAG vice president of sales and marketing, Eric Anderson.

Previously president of MAG Europe Ltd., Breed now oversees and is responsible for all of MAG’s sales and marketing affairs on the international front, while Brinkmark, who most recently served as GM of MAG Europe, will focus exclusively on MAG Europe’s sales and marketing initiatives. In their respective roles, both will actively look after the interests of MAG’s portfolio of brands, including Vance & Hines, Kuryakyn, Renthal, Progressive Suspension, Performance Machine, RSD, Mustang Motorcycle Products and Cycle News.

“These moves represent our commitment to building a team that will grow our brands on a global basis," says Brian Etter, president and CEO of MAG. "As we expand our portfolio of brands, their leadership in these new roles will no doubt allow us to better serve our customers while positioning us for growth in Europe and the rest of the international marketplace.”
