NAPLES, Fla. - The staff of Naples Harley-Davidson is planning big festivities for the second annual Freedom Ride, which the dealer is hosting May 19 with the American Legion Post 135 Honor Guard.
Opening ceremonies with the Barron Collier ROTC & the Honor Guard from the American Legion Post 135 will start at 9:30 a.m. The ride to Old Marco Lodge will begin at 11 a.m. Registration fees are $10 per bike and $5 per passenger, and for an additional donation of $20 participants will receive a 2013 Freedom Ride t-shirt.
The ride will raise funds for the Fisher House, a nonprofit that provides a “home away from home” for families of patients receiving medical care at major military and Veterans Administration medical centers.
