WEST NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee is down one Harley-Davidson dealership with the closing of Bost Harley-Davidson.

Mike Bost bought the former CNS Harley-Davidson with his brother Danny about five years ago, but the store could not survive the weak economy.

Sales have “just fallen off dramatically in the last three years,” Mike Bost told the Nashville Tennessean.

The area also has its share of long-time Harley-Davidson dealerships, including Bumpus Harley-Davidson and the Boswell Harley-Davidson network.

The Nashville office of commercial real estate firm Colliers International is marketing the 22,271 sq. ft. former Bost H-D building in West Nashville. The asking lease rate is $13.50 per square foot and sale price is $3.95 million.
