SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Shorai Inc. has promoted Phuc Lam to marketing manager, taking on creative concept design and approval for the battery maker's print and digital media, social media marketing, onsite media relations for industry events, development of new website design and brand expansion, as well as management of sponsorship opportunities for the company.
“Shorai offers a unique and valuable product to a very traditional marketplace and within my new role of marketing manager, I plan to help build Shorai’s brand awareness with an influx of new creative branding concepts and campaigns to educate consumers,” said Lam.
Lam previously served as a parts manager at a large motorcycle dealership (not disclosed by Shorai) in Northern California, where he also supported the dealership’s Supercross team as a parts coordinator. Lam’s enthusiasm in motorcycles led to co-founding an offroad racing company, NCO Racing (Northern California Off-Road Racing), to help promote local off-road races in the Northern California region.
