SOUTH ELGIN, Ill. – The public is invited to the grand opening of American Heritage Motorcycles Chicago West from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 11 to 13 for dealership tours, demo rides and barbecue.

The dealership, which opened in December, is located off Randall Road in South Elgin, about one hour west of Chicago.

The store is the first in a planned seven-store Indian and Victory dealer group owned by privately held American Heritage Motorcycles LLC.

“We are thrilled with the opening of our first dealership in South Elgin,” said Rob McNish, CEO of American Heritage Motorcycles. “It is a wonderful, easily accessible location in a great, welcoming community. We are committed to providing the market with a superior dealership experience and hope everyone can come out and see that for themselves.”

Once the AHM Chicago West store is up and running, the group plans to add stores in Chicago, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati/Dayton.

“Our dealerships are going to be the place for heavy cruiser fans," said dealer principal Jeff Sinclair. "This is where customers and prospective customers will come to see the latest models, take test drives, and engage with our staff and with like-interested riders to get the news, plan trips, and hang out."

“This is the premier Indian Motorcycle and Victory Motorcycles dealership in Greater Chicago with a dynamic and experienced team," said Ian Drugmand, dealer development for Polaris Industries. “We are delighted to be opening at this location and believe customers will find it convenient and providing a premium dealership brand experience.”
