JANESVILLE, Wis. - Moose continues to update and issue parts to suit the latest models along with specific needs and applications. Some of its latest new part announcements cover all three.

First up for hunters, Moose has a pair of new gun racks designed to securely and safely hold longarms such as rifles and shotguns. Built to be mounted up front to handlebars or behind the rider to a utility rack, the Caliber gun rack mounts a single weapon for $35.95, while the Pursuit rack carries a pair of firearms for $63.95.

For Polaris RZR4 owners, Moose offers something a bit more prosaic but nevertheless extremely useful. Constructed of UV-stabilized polyethylene for cold-weather durability, Moose’s new RZR4 roof bolts up to the standard roll-over cage for additional sun and weather protection. The kit, made in the United States, retails for $242.95.

Moose has also released some high-performance parts for two-wheelers. New Fork Skins are ideal for desert and endurance riders looking to add extra protection for their front suspension seals. The skins cover the fork tubes and dust seals to better protect the vulnerable sliding surface from rocks, dust, mud and similar debris that can drastically limit the life of the seals. Easy to install or remove for cleaning using cable ties, the Fork Skins are a quick upgrade ideal for the parts counter, with each pair retailing for $26.95.

For more technical applications (but still useful for any longer-distance rider), Moose has applied the same high-strength, temperature and burst resistance of the company's silicon racing coolant hoses to new OEM fitment hose kits. Each kit includes the entire coolant system worth of hoses in durable silicon tubing, with retail prices starting as $98.95 for smaller machines ranging up to $182.95 for larger and more complex engines.
