New owners take over Aldan Eagle

CARSON, Calif. - Businessmen and automotive/motorcycle enthusiasts Cuyler Tremayne and Garrett Harmola have bought shock absorber maker Aldan Eagle LLC.

Tremayne is the former owner and CEO of CR Acquisition Corp. while Harmola was an integrated media expert in the performance aftermarket for TEN: The Enthusiast Network.

“Aldan Eagle is a great American brand that continues to innovate and produce some of the highest quality, performance products in the industry,” said Harmola, now president of the company. “I’m enthusiastic in sharing Aldan’s story, as well as continuing in producing premium products, that will soon be more accessible than ever.”

Aldan Eagle LLC is a U.S.-based manufacturer and distributor of high-performance automotive and motorcycle shock absorbers. The company has been owned and operated by U.S. veteran and suspension expert Kelly Stebbins.

“I’m excited to remain on board with Aldan Eagle. With my former team charging forward with Garrett and Cuyler – I look forward to taking Aldan’s 100 percent American-made products and brand to the next level of quality, performance and market leadership,” said Stebbins. “The new team has the strategy, capital and plan to realize the vision I set out to accomplish decades ago.
