THE NEW MRX02 FUEL for two-stroke motocross bikes and ATVs from VP Racing Fuels is designed to deliver higher octane, more power and a reduced sensitivity to heat.
Blended to surpass the qualities of its MRX01 fuel, MRX02 was developed through extensive testing — on the dyno and in the field.
The company says that the blend was the preferred fuel for two-strokes at Mammoth Motocross in June. “We definitely saw an improvement,” says Ryan Holliday, Kawasaki's motocross manager. “MRX02 was more resistant to the heat and we have already recommended the fuel to other motocross riders.”
VP Racing says that MRX02 is effective in delivering up to 7 percent more power than pump gas and any basic non-oxgenated race fuel. The high-end, exotic blend also passes rules for the AMA Pro/Am.
