New York IMS: Victory Unveils Hotrod Vegas and Road Trip Contest

Victory Motorcycles picked the Cycle World International Motorcycle Show to unveil the Vegas LE, a model that will be limited to 100 motorcycles, as well as the True American Road Trip.

Gary Gray, Victory's project manager said the LE is inspired directly by its customers who take their Victorys and make them faster, referencing land speed record holder Laura Klock, and Greg Moe, the current speed record holder.

The bike is the first-ever pairing of the Vegas chassis and the 106/6 Freedom v-twin, two cam motor, building what the OEM says its quickest bike ever. Now through February 15 customers can go online and customers the bike to their liking, and then take the order to their local Victory dealer to confirm the order and place a deposit. The Vegas LE will retail for $15,999.

The True American Road Trip contest affords 10 people the chance to create their own ideal motorcycle trip and then set about to conquer it aboard a Victory Cross Country or Cross Roads. They can enter by submitting a short video describing their ideal motorcycle trip and why it would be the True American Road Trip. The winners will win a lease on either of the new Victory cruisers and the chance to plan, execute and document monthly road trips via texts, pictures videos that will record each trip.
