ATLANTA, Ga. - NizeX, provider of the Internet-based Lizzy dealer management system, has integrated with the Motorcycle Industry Council BankCard program to allow participating dealers to use all their computers as virtual credit card terminals.

Other claimed dealer benefits include greater efficiency through streamlined accounting functions and the “lowest credit card processing rates in the nation.” The MIC BankCard Program says dealers save an average of more than $5,000 per year.

Participating dealers use the credit card interface designed by NizeX and the program. One swipe sends a card number through the credit card networks to be processed and into the Lizzy DMS, where the sale and authorization number are automatically recorded.

Every time a credit card is swiped, Visa and MasterCard fund money back into the powersports industry, money that is earmarked for industry growth initiatives.

“Utilizing the NizeX Inc. interface with the industry’s exclusive low rates through First Data guarantees that dealers will save money and save time. It is a win-win opportunity for dealers,” said Matt Tanzy, president and managing director of the MIC BankCard Program. “Program implementation is easy with a simple one-page form and just a few minutes on the phone. Dealers are guaranteed the lowest processing fees and a robust DMS that is the most cost-effective available in our industry.”

“NizeX is committed to the powersports industry and ensuring that each dealer has not only the ultimate dealership management system, but the best and most competitive credit card processing as well,” said Glenn Hancock, NizeX president. “Lizzy DMS saves dealers time and hassle, and with the new MIC BankCard integration, dealers can now save money on every credit card transaction they process.”

Current NizeX dealers already have integration capabilities that came online May 21.

Earlier this year, ZiiOS was the first DMS to integrate with the MIC BankCard Program.

The program launched in late 1997. Since then, more than 2,000 dealers have switched credit card processing providers.

Dealers who want more details on the BankCard program can call 877-726-7017, and account managers will answer their questions and provide a quick, no-obligation savings analysis.
