No Fear MX enters the goggle market with its Rush model, which goes on sale April 1 at select retailers and at www.nofearmx.com. The company also will be holding a demo event next week in California.

No Fear is approaching 20 years in the motocross industry, so it says a goggle is long overdue. “The Rush has been tested by many of the elite in the motocross world, including No Fear’s Jason Lawrence, who greatly influenced the Rush goggle development into a steadfast dirt goggle,” the company stated in a news release. “The Rush has proven to be not only protective to the eyes, but also delivers an extremely comfortable face-forming fit.”

Suggested retail for the Rush will start at $44.95, which includes the goggle and a microfiber lens cloth with the No Fear MX logo. The goggle comes in four staple-piece colorways: Red Racer (shown), Black Socks, Blue Collar and White Lightening. Special-edition colors will be available in the near future, the company says.

No Fear will present the Rush to the media, retailers and VIPs during an invite-only lunch event on March 8 at the No Fear MX-sponsored Pala Raceway in Pala, Calif. Attendees will be able to test the goggle while riding on the track.

That same day at noon, the track will open to the public, who also will have a chance to demo the goggle. No Fear will offer special pricing.

Lawrence, one of the Rush’s first team athletes, will be at the track riding and doing interviews. No Fear’s Tommy Searle and Team Hostility will also be on hand.

In addition to the ride day, No Fear MX has teamed up with Transworld MX to offer chances to win a Lawrence-signed No Fear Rush goggle. Five pairs of goggles will be awarded to five entrants who post a photo of themselves wearing No Fear MX gear or apparel, along with a creative caption, in the “User-Generated Photos” at www.transworldMX.com The editors will choose their favorite five photos April 1 and post the winners on the home page.
