PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. – Plans are in motion for this year’s Panama City Beach Motorcycle Rally, with communitywide support and events, food, music and scenic rides April 30 through May 4.
The rally spans the entire beachfront of Panama City Beach from the Phillips Inlet Bridge to St. Andrews Park with loads of music and local attractions in between.
Local bars spread the entertainment around for the rally, so pub crawlers can check out venues including Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort and Tiki Bar, Spinnaker Beach Club, Ms Newby's Liquor and The Lucky 13.
This year's lineup of music includes local and regional favorites like Big Engine, Mustang Sally, Hailey & Alexis Band and Todd Simpson & Mojo Child.
Ms. Newbys will host the 2014 PCB Rally Old School Bike Show sponsored by Hawg Body's Custom Motorcycle Painting from 3 to 6 p.m. May 2. All entries must be older than 25 years and entry carries a $10 registration fee. Classes are shovel, pan/knuck, shovel custom, metric, euro and other.
The Lucky 13 will also feature a stage with daily and nightly bands and entertainment and will serve as the new home and rally headquarters for Full Throttle Magazine. Full Throttle's events, such as the Thunder Thursday Bike Show, Miss Full Throttle Competition, Real Women of Full Throttle Competition and the Nearly Famous Strong Man Competition will all take place at The Lucky 13.
