Parts Unlimited honors loyal dealers with UP300 and RM400 rides

To support and honor some of its most loyal dealers, Parts Unlimited continued its annual tradition of hosting the UP300 (Upper Peninsula) and RM400 (Rocky Mountain) Dealer Rides this month in Marquette, Mich., and Crested Butte, Colo., respectively.

This is the 11th year Parts Unlimited has hosted the rides, which allow the qualifying dealers to further their relationships with prominent industry brands, Parts Unlimited dealer representatives and other dealers in a casual environment.

The dealers were rewarded with a trip down “performance alley,” where they could talk with vendors about new products and take advantage of additional discounts on their orders. Dealers also enjoyed multiple group lunches and dinners, and roosted around on some of the best trails in the country.

“The trails are awesome! Some of the best I’ve ever ridden,” Mike Trulen, owner of Power Pac in Marshfield, Wis., said in a news release. He accepted the honor of being the Parts Unlimited dealer of the year. “It’s a great honor [to win dealer of the year]. I have the best rep in the world, no question. He helps me wherever he can, and he’s not just a salesperson. He’s a friend.”

The UP300 ride (shown above) took place Sept. 11-14 in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and featured multiple loops of epic trails laid out by the Sand Stormers Motorcycle Club and Moose Racing’s Dick Burleson. The RM400 ride (below) took place Sept. 20-24 in the Rocky Mountains north of Denver. This ride was a bit different than the UP300 as it featured a point-to-point trail format that used hundreds of miles of trails and fire roads cut through the picturesque mountainside.
