Two men have been arrested and charged with burglary after Reno Police found them hiding in the ceiling of a dealership.
Police responding to an alarm call arrived at Big Valley Honda around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday. They heard voices inside and set up a perimeter, then searched the building with K9 teams. Officers found two suspects hiding in the ceiling panels.
The men allegedly had several items taken from a display case in duffel bags, and were about to carry off the loot when police arrived. Police say the would-be thieves pried the door open to get in.
Fernando Piper, 35, and Rick Mack, 33, were arrested and charged with commercial burglary, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit a crime, and obstructing and resisting.
