ATLANTA, Ga. - Dealer service provider Powersports Marketing has launched its Voice of Customer Excellence Award program to recognize dealers that have received the best reviews from their customers.

The program is open to dealers certified on the company’s Powersports Dealer Locator (PDL), a website that allows people to write reviews of dealerships.

The Voice of Customer Excellence Award competition is scored based on a dealer’s Repeat and Referral Score (RRS). The RRS is a measurement determined by using an algorithm that considers the dealer’s Voice of Customer (reviews and feedbacks), star rating, and trending, as well as its action in responding to and handling those reviews and feedbacks.

Winners will receive a variety of prizes, including

  • a professionally issued press release to national industry media outlets,
  • nationally distributed articles featuring their dealership,
  • an e-mail blast announcing their award,
  • banner advertising, Web graphics and badges to display on their website,
  • premium home page placement on powersportsdealerlocator.com, and
  • a plaque to prominently display in the dealership.

The national winner also will receive a complimentary Sharp Shooter Event Marketing Campaign for up to 4,000 customers, including a sourced list of conquest customers.

Powersports Marketing will choose winning dealers by region, crowning one overall national winner plus five regional winners and one Rookie of the Year.

The Voice of Customer Excellence Award winners will be determined and announced Nov. 1. Powersports dealers may contact Powersports Marketing at 877-242-4472 to inquire about PDL Certification, the RRS, or how to compete in the Voice of Customer Excellence Award program.
