SUSSEX, Wis. – Dominion Powersports Solutions has hired Al Jenik as the new general manager for PowerSports Network.

Jenik will work with the company’s management team at its headquarters to implement business growth plans while establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and dealer relationships, the company announced.

Jenik worked for Harley-Davidson for 19 years. He held a variety of positions in the sales division there, including dealer development rep and district manager, before becoming director of dealer services in 2008.

Jenik was the driving force behind several initiatives, PSN said, including the Connect CRM program and Harley-Davidson’s Dealer Performance Groups and Dealer Consulting programs which grew to more than 200 dealer members. The initiative improved sales and profitability of its participants by more than $28 million annually. Most recently, Jenik served as vice president of dealer development with Tracker Marine Group.
