SOUTHLAKE, Texas — PulseTech's new battery maintenance and charger kit holds up to four 12-volt lead-acid batteries at once, allowing users to desulfate and charge batteries in bulk.
The kit contains the company’s Xtreme Charge Battery Charger and Desulfator, and the QuadLink four-station multiplier. Together, the duo evaluates and tests all types of 12-volt, lead-acid batteries, the company says. One also can charge batteries in 24-, 36- and 48-volt series configurations.
The kit simplifies bulk charging by using “proprietary algorithms and microprocessor-controlled technology” to measure voltage and current, ultimately determining proper operating charge. The kit (MSRP $199) also contains a 12-volt battery tester, four battery leads with lugs, one battery lead with clips, and six extension leads in two sizes.
