PORTLAND, Ore. - Digital advertising company Dealer Spike announced that Ride Now's 27 dealerships nationwide are using its digital marketing and sales automation tools.
“We knew right away after seeing the Dealer Spike system that they had already done all the legwork, and because they are from the industry they understand the portrait of our customer, and so they have tailored their system around the customer’s needs and not the dealer’s,” said Mark Tkach, CEO of Ride Now in the Dealer Spike announcement.
Customer service support and training processes that cover every detail of Ride Now's group strategy were reportedly key factors in the decision process, according to Dealer Spike.
Ridenow saw a 391 percent increase in leads during their first month with Dealer Spike, the company said.
Dealer Spike’s mission is to help more dealers drive more traffic to the showroom, phone, and Internet for less cost.
