Risk Racing helps mud riders get a better grip

MOORESVILLE, N.C. - The Mud Grip from Risk Racing is designed to help riders maintain control of their bikes when riding or competing in muddy conditions.

The company says the Mud Grip — which reportedly slips over any grip — helps make grips fill dry, even on the nastiest tracks or trails around. The grip can also help reduce the onset of arm pump from gripping too hard in wet, slippery conditions, Risk says.

For use with MX and ATV grips, (as well as MTB and BMX grip), the Mud Grip features a patent pending design that allows the material to compress to almost zero thickness, so that the rider barely notices that it is on. When coated with mud, they disperse the muck and create a tactile surface area that’s equivalent to a dry grip, the company notes.
